I am continually being asked for this type of class as quite a few people would love to do Pilates but for one reason or another find it difficult to get up and down off the floor, they may be unable to put weight on knees, wrists, weight through shoulders, unable to flex the feet, have mobility issues, have balance issues and so on…..

So this is a specialist class designed with these people in mind. It is also suitable to do pre/post and during pregnancy.


It is also suitable for post-operative rehabilitation and post-injury rehabilitation.

It is suitable for complete beginners to Pilates.

It is open to both men and women.

Wednesdays 11 am – 12 noon.
