I am really enjoying the online classes which I can do from home and which works really well, bonus being able to do a class at a time to suit me. I do miss the face-to-face class, the banter and meeting other class members and especially you Fran to put me straight when doing it all wrong. You may have your work cut out on my return to the hall.

I always enjoy your teaching in the hall and the company of other members that I have come to know over the years. Yet over the past few months during lockdown I have also enjoyed the online, as I feel I have progressed a lot with more opportunity to do Pilates 2 or 3 times a week, take more time to listen to you, replay what you said and try to do it better. I have also enjoyed the themed classes you have been doing e.g. improving balance, back to basics, and especially equalising imbalance between left and right. Also I can choose the time when I do it.
